Meet Ray, the man who traded tech for taste.
Since 2012, he’s been stirring up the foodservice scene, starting as a receptionist at KDH Catering Design Concepts and working his way up to partner in just four years. Specializing in leisure and recreational projects, Ray’s passion for efficiency and flow has made him a go-to expert in optimizing BOH areas and F&B facilities.
Now, as Project Lead and Head Designer at D&H Innovative Catering Design, he’s brewing up innovative solutions and beating deadlines with ease. When he’s not in the office or on site, you can find him collaborating with Professional Teams on the next big project.
A draughting and design professional with over 12 years of experience in the engineering industry. Her career began at an electrical engineering consultancy working in the mining sector, followed by several years at an electrical engineering firm specialising in the medical and education sectors.
With a strong interest in growth and collaboration, she is always looking for ways to improve and evolve. Whilst working to grow her skills and perspective in her current role here at D&H, she enjoys taking on new challenges and learning through the process.
