has 10 years’ prior sales experience and joined KDH Catering Design Concepts in 2012. He trained under Charlie Davis and became a partner in KDH Catering Design Concepts in November 2016, where Ray specialized in the Leisure & Recreational Department with Charlie Davis up until 2023.
Between them there is almost 60 years’ experience in the industry. Frequent visits to local and international trade exhibitions between the two of them have ensured continuous development in knowledge of the latest technology and developments that are available to the local industry. This includes changes to the manufacturing trends, such as changes in stainless steel and machinery technology
